1. Scope and who we are

Atlas Verve AI is a privately operated software service currently offered as a free open beta with self-registration. It provides an approval-first GenAI content workspace for planning, drafting, reviewing, scheduling and publishing professional content. This policy applies to the Atlas Verve website, account experience and private workspace.

When this policy says “Atlas Verve”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it means the operator of the Atlas Verve AI open-beta service. The operator determines why and how personal data is handled for the service and acts as the organisation responsible for that data, including as a data fiduciary where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created while you use the service and limited technical information needed to operate it.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, account identifier, timezone and administrator status.
  • Google sign-in information, limited to the basic identity details shown during consent, such as your name, email address and profile picture when available.
  • Content and workspace information, including topics, notes, drafts, edits, approvals, schedules, preferences, voice samples, Voiceprint settings, evidence sources and generated images.
  • Connection and publishing information, including linked service identifiers, selected channels, authorization tokens, publishing status and delivery records. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted. We do not receive your Google, LinkedIn or Buffer password.
  • Communications, including contact enquiries, support messages and email-delivery records.
  • Legal acceptance records, including your user identifier, the Terms and Privacy Policy versions you accepted and the acceptance timestamp.
  • Referral information, including an opaque referral code, the referring and referred account identifiers, registration time and whether the referred account reached its first approved or published post. Copying or opening a sharing option is not counted as an invitation. Referrers are not shown referred users’ email addresses, content or individual activity.
  • Security and operational information, such as session identifiers, request timestamps, authentication events, rate-limit records, device or browser information, IP-derived request information and error diagnostics.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate users, link permitted sign-in methods and protect accounts.
  • Provide topic planning, content generation, editing, approval, scheduling and publishing features requested by you.
  • Remember your workspace settings and apply the voice and content preferences you choose.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the reliability of the service.
  • Send account, approval, publishing and support communications.
  • Attribute open-beta referrals, measure whether referred users receive value and operate configured non-financial referral benefits without restricting normal registration.
  • Enforce our Terms of Use and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Google user data

Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you and connect the Google account you approve to your Atlas account. Atlas Verve receives basic profile details needed for sign-in and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or submit your Google sign-in profile to the content-generation model. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google API Services User Data Policy →

5. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

  • Secure sign-in services that authenticate you, including Google when you choose Google sign-in.
  • Hosting, database, storage, email and security providers that operate the service on our behalf.
  • AI service providers when you request generation or analysis. The material needed for that request may include your topic, instructions, evidence, voice preferences or draft content.
  • Publishing providers such as Buffer, LinkedIn or a configured automation provider when you connect them or approve publication.
  • Professional advisers, regulators or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse or comply with law.
  • A successor organisation if the service is involved in a merger, acquisition or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.

6. International processing

Atlas Verve and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use contractual and organisational measures intended to provide a comparable standard of protection for transferred personal data.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.

Signed-in users can export their content and request permanent Atlas Verve account deletion through Settings → Account & privacy. Deletion closes the account to new activity, signs out Atlas sessions, waits for work already running, then removes the secure sign-in profile, private media and account records. Failed cleanup is retried; completion is reported only after every required deletion succeeds. You can also request personal-data deletion through the Contact page.

Deleting your Atlas Verve account does not delete published LinkedIn posts, posts already handed to Buffer or Zapier, or copies held by those services. It does delete the secure sign-in profile, including its password, passkeys, authenticator setup and linked Google sign-in. If you use the same Atlas sign-in for another Atlas product, you may also lose access to that product. Stored connection credentials are removed; external access can be revoked in the provider's own account settings. Disconnecting Google sign-in alone does not delete your workspace content.

Deletion removes live account records and private stored media. It does not rewrite historical backup archives, which are managed separately. Minimal anonymized security events remain for their configured retention period, and a content-free deletion receipt is retained for up to 30 days. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, server-side sessions, rate limits and encryption of supported connection secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their email, Google and publishing accounts and report suspected misuse promptly.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Review and update available account, profile, Voiceprint and publishing settings in the workspace.
  • Disconnect supported publishing integrations or revoke Google access through your Google Account settings.
  • Ask for access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Ask us to delete personal data or withdraw consent where applicable, understanding that some features or the account may then become unavailable.
  • Raise a privacy question or complaint through the Contact page.

10. Singapore and India privacy rights

Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) applies, we handle personal data in line with its notification, consent, purpose-limitation, accuracy, protection, retention, access and correction, transfer-limitation and breach-notification requirements. You may ask about our practices, request access to or correction of personal data, withdraw consent with reasonable notice, or make a complaint. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, and withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing to provide affected features.

India. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) can apply to digital personal data processed outside India when connected with offering goods or services to people in India. As the DPDP Act and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 enter into force in phases, we will provide applicable rights and processes when the relevant provisions apply. These may include clear notice, consent withdrawal, access to prescribed information, correction, completion, updating or erasure, grievance redressal and nomination rights, subject to the Act, its commencement notifications and lawful exceptions.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records before acting on a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to approach the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore, the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant process applies, or another competent authority.

11. Children

Atlas Verve is a professional service and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can review and address it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material and notice is required.

13. Data protection and support contact

Atlas Verve AI is currently operated as an open-beta service. The designated data protection contact for Singapore PDPA enquiries and the grievance and privacy contact for India DPDP enquiries is available at [email protected]. The same address may be used for support questions.

Email us for privacy questions, consent withdrawal, access or correction requests, deletion requests and complaints. You may also use the Contact page. Please do not include passwords, authenticator codes or publishing tokens in your message.
