1. Agreement and eligibility
Atlas Verve AI is a privately operated software service currently in open beta. In these Terms, “Atlas Verve”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Atlas Verve AI open-beta service.
By checking the acceptance box during onboarding and continuing into the workspace, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. We record your user identifier, the accepted Terms and Privacy Policy versions and the acceptance timestamp as evidence of that choice.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share passwords, authenticator codes or secure approval links.
3. The service
Atlas Verve provides tools for content planning, GenAI-assisted drafting, review, approval, scheduling and publishing. The service is currently offered as a free open beta with self-registration; no personal invitation or referral is required. No fee is charged for access during the open beta, and access may be limited by eligibility, capacity or operational requirements.
Beta functionality may contain errors, change materially or be discontinued. Features may be introduced, changed, limited or withdrawn during the open beta. The service does not promise particular engagement, audience growth, publication reach or business outcomes.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in the topics, instructions, source material, voice samples, drafts, edits and other content you submit, subject to any rights belonging to others.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, process and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and fulfil the actions you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you provide.
5. AI-assisted output and human approval
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other material or unsuitable for publication. It is assistance, not professional, legal, financial or factual advice.
You are responsible for reviewing claims, permissions, confidentiality, tone and suitability before approval. Atlas Verve is designed to require a human decision before supported publication, but that control does not transfer responsibility for the final content away from the user.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Atlas Verve to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, or disclose information you are not authorised to use.
- Create fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, malicious deception, spam or unlawful discrimination.
- Distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access another user’s data or account.
- Misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact where doing so could cause harm.
- Resell, scrape, reverse engineer or automate access to the service except where we expressly permit it or applicable law prevents restriction.
7. Connected services
Google, LinkedIn, Buffer and other connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. You are responsible for keeping those accounts authorised and complying with their platform rules. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy decisions, account restrictions or changes to their interfaces.
8. Atlas Verve rights
The service, interface, software, branding, documentation and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the service or our technology.
9. Feedback
If you provide ideas or feedback about Atlas Verve, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to operate Atlas Verve reliably, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, security events, provider failures or circumstances outside our control. We may change limits or features and will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes when practicable.
During the open beta, features, stored drafts, integrations and data formats may change. You should retain independent copies of important content and must not rely on Atlas Verve as your sole storage system or system of record.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Atlas Verve is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
